    Split database problems

I split an Access 2003 database into a front and back end and put the front end on a user's computer. The user now gets the following error when she tries to update a Yes/No dropdown in a form that gets it's choices from a lookup table. The error is "The Microsoft Jet database engine stopped the process because you and another user are attempting to change the same data at the same time. (Error 3197). The user has full control permissions on the file share on the server, she has the newest Jet Engine update and no other users are using the database. I Compacted and Repaired both the front and back ends and still get the same thing. A front end copy that resides on the server in the same folder as the back end does not produce this error. It only happens across the network. I also noticed that the relationships aren't defined on the front end copy on her computer but I get the same error if I try to add the lookup table for this field and create a join. Does anyone have any ideas about what could be wrong here? Thanks!

    Welcome!

Is there any code running in the before or after update event of the control?
