    Would it be possible to add some conditional formatting that would change the color of the calculated percentages based on which one was the highest? For example, if BOA had the following percentages:



    Nominal: 33.33%
    Off Nominal: 66.67%
    Did Not Participate: 0.00%

    I'd like for the percentage number for Off Nominal to turn red. If Nominal was the higher percentage, I'd like for that one to turn green.

    Thanks June7. I was able to get some simple conditional formatting that I liked. I'm sure the bosses will want something more elaborate, but I'll figure that out once they know what they really want.
