Quarantine Project - Database of IMDB credits, advice

    Hey all, first time here.

I have had a personal project that I've always put off but now with quarantine, I have the time to start it.

I've wanted to create a database of credits from IMDB for specific movies (I listen to a movie podcast for specific genres of movies), and I thought there must be an easier way to look up, for example, two movies that have actors in common, but sadly IDMB only let's people search this way two titles at a time.

So I thought there is probably a way to populate a database with basic info - name, all the titles they appear in, and year. Then later, I can search for things like, "How many names do these two movies have in common?" or "How many movies that have been covered on the podcast has this one actor been in?"

I'm not gonna lie, I'm really inexperienced with Access (I have Office 365 right now). Any steps I should do to get started?

    Have you tried this link?

Or this if you're going to build one of your own.

Yeah, the downside to IMDBs search is it can't handle multiple queries/entries at the same time. But I'll give the second link a look soon. 👍
