Only can edit one row of data

In my view I can only edit data for one row which then makes all the rows the same - for example i for employee no 1 i want to change their surname to Rose but when I do that all other employee surnames also change to Rose and when I try to change the second row to something else it says another user has modified the data and won't let me edit it further. Please Help

Yes it is the same form but now I tried to redo my query and I pulled all the employee details id full name address phone number but then I want another few columns from a different table like occupation etc to be blank for the employee to fill out but when I add the new table called occupation then no records show anymore like no details at all if I delete the occupation table all the employee details show.

What is the relationship between the two tables that you have joined in your query.

Looks like you have defined the wrong primary key in your Access view. Check the primary keys in the underlying tables on SQL server.
