Launch Windows Photo app from code

The Microsoft Photo app is buried down in c:\Program Files\Windows Apps\blah blah\blah blah\blah blah\blah blah\blah blah\. I just want to open the app from code to display a jpg file (or some other suitable app). Microsoft is famous for moving its apps around so whatever I might code in 1909 might not work come 2003.

    Any suggestions?

    Thanks,
    Bill

I would try Shell without the path, just the exe name.

Even the exe name seems to be elusive. Moreover, I've read elsewhere that the Microsoft Photo app is in a class of Microsoft apps the do not accept parameters like other apps we'd likely launch via Shell or otherwise directly with full path.

I think I'm wasting everyone's time with this one. While I would have liked to have the picture editing capability with MS Photos, my immediate need is to display a near full-screen photo. I can do that simply with a popup form and single image control, so that's what I'm going to do.
Thanks everyone for your having looked at the thread.
