I have a query with a criteria of Between [start date] and [end date].
When the query is run the "Enter Parameter Value" box appears, Is there a way to have the date picker instead of manually entering the date?

You can't with the Enter Parameter Value box. You'll need to make your own form with a date picker and either have the query reference that form OR send the date to the query as a parameter pragmatically.
How is the query being called by the user?
It's being called by a report.
and what calls the report?
report might be call from some form, Place date from and date to field in form so that it will have date picker and then call report .

And can change the last part so that instead of opening the query it opens a report whose RecordSource is the query.
