    Conditional Format using another field

I am trying to place conditional formatting on a field from another field in the same form if the field contains a value.

Example: Fields: Current Status and Not Complete Status
Current Status has text in it (i.e. Reviewed, Returned, Cancelled)
Not Complete Status has numbers that would look just like this (1 or 1 2 3 or 2 3 or 3) each number has a space between it.

I want [Current Status] to format like this Expression is [Not Complete Status]=”*3*”
So that if the Not Complete Status has a 3 in it it will turn red, rather it is only a 3 or 1 2 3.

I can make it work just fine like this Expression is [Not Complete Status]= 3 but is only good for when there is ONLY a3

With wildcards you need Like instead of =. Try

    [Not Complete Status] Like "*3*"
