    Access Denied

I have VBA code that reads a csv file, does some data tweaking, then writes the tweaked data to a new csv file which will then be loaded to a table. While this is going on it is quite common to get an access denied while writing to the new file if I simply open Windows Explorer. I hit F5 to continue after going into Debug and all is well. I can close Explorer, go back in and it won't happen again. It only happens the first time I open explorer. The file I am writing is a couple folders down from the root and Explorer is not starting there. However, after I hit F5 I can go to that folder and watch my new file grow.

Not the end o the world, just irritating.

might be something to do with the method you are using for reading/writing the csv files.

It looks like you did not have administrative permission to open and create file permission in folders. Log in as administrator in windows and give full permission to root folder and than try again.
