    Form doesnt display fields

My form doesn't display fields, when there are no records. The query is updatable. As can be seen on the insert, the Allow Additions and others are set to "Yes". Is there a way to still have the fields visible when there is no record?

Does the query itself allow new records? Allen has some thoughts here:

Usually this is because there are no records and the Data Entry property is set to yes. I see that's not your case, so are you setting any form parameters in an Open event, such as acFormAdd?

I found it. My son helped to build this database. We put in the form an event form_open where it set Allow Additions and Allow edits to false. I removed that, and then the fields show. The reason we wanted that is that only users with permission should be allowed to click on the Enable button to work on existing data. Normal data processors should be able to add new records. I am a little confused that a second form doesn't react the same, but I will try to find what I am missing.
