    Combobox in Table subdatasheet

how do i set up a combo box with employee name in the employee ID column of a table subdatasheet. I know this is not advisable and that data entry should be put in forms and not in table datasheet.

Thanks in advance - any help will be greatly appreciated

As was advised there, are you sure you want/need to do this? Lookup fields are not considered good practice by many.
Seems you know the answer --use a form for data entry.

Thanks for the quick reply. I'll be doing the table entries myself but would still like to know how to make the requested change
    Thanks
