Custom Formatting in Excel #" "??/?? is it available in Access

I would like to know if the Custom Formatting in Excel #" "??/?? is available in Microsoft Access.

I have attached a pdf file showing how I have used it in Excel.

I would like to do some similar formatting to a Microsoft Access report calculated text field.

This might be one way of obtaining the lowest common denominator I had mentioned in other posts.
