    I think you missed the point. The end user can just enter the time.


    However the date should be saved as well as the time

    I believe all 3 solutions gave an answer of 3.5 for your example
    Colin, Access MVP, Website, email

    Again, you're probably right. I will research the datediff and try to figure it out. Until then, this worked great.
