Record in table can't be accessed

I have a record that I can see in the table, but when I try to pull it up in the form, search box, or a query it will not display.
    Very weird
    Any Ideas?

is the form connected to a query that cannot see that record? or does it show all records?
    is the form filter on?

No it is not connected to the query. I can look up all other records just not this specific one.

Just to clarify, you can take a new query, add this table, add all fields to the query and run it with no criteria and it shows all your records but the one? Or do you have criteria in the query or the search box?

If I run the query that way it shows in the query. Create a new one and run all data it show. But the query I have used for the last 18 months it doesn't show

Can you post the query, could be a join if you use multiple tables or something in the criteria or the actual data in a field, etc.

Just a couple of things I noticed.

-in your DailyDebit the circled value 118451 is left justified which would seem to indicate it is a text field.
-in your LeaseWorksheet query and in Lease Worksheet numbers are right justified which would seem to indicate numeric field

May not be relevant, but an observation.
    Good luck.

    Thanks for your input.
I'll keep looking and let everyone know when I figure it out. Probably something simple.

You have to say if the search must be carried out on the LeaseID field, as it would seem from the query shown, or TANNumber, in the first case, when the parameter entry window opens, you must type 10158 in the second case 118451.
In the attachment DC.zip you can see everything.
