A program is trying to access e-mail address information stored in outlook...

    Hi All,

This issue just started recently and hopefully there is asolution available to me. I have created VBA that will generate a form filledword document and send it to several email recipients.

Recently, a popup window stating: “A program is trying toaccess e-mail address information stored in Outlook. If this is unexpected, click Deny and verify your antivirus software is up-to-date.

For more information about e-mail safety and how youmight be able to avoid getting this warning, click Help.”

I read the article my company has blocked access to the “Programmatic Access” in the Trust Centre.

I am not able to access the registry to edit anything.

I have no access to the anti-virus software.

Our IT department will not be willing to do anything to help.

Is there anything I can do, or am I stuck?

    Thanks for the help,

All I have to do is make sure Windows anti-virus utility is up to date and I don't get this warning.

An alternative may be email with CDO code.
How to attach file: To provide db: copy, remove confidential data, run compact & repair, zip w/Windows Compression.
