I guess you call them handles. While 'handles' are usually squares at corners and middle of edges of windows and frames, in Access the entire sides are grab-able for horizontal or vertical sizing, as well as the corners for concurrent horizontal and vertical sizing. When I open an object from the "All Access Objects" side of the screen, the object opens as a window on the right. If it is not in Maximum or Minimum size,i.e. free form size, I have difficulty grabbing hold of the handles at the corners and sides. It seems that in Access that the 'sweet spot', where the double ended arrows show, is one pixel in size. It is most difficult to click this double arrow without nudging the mouse out of range, thus reverting to the "I" beam, which is useless for sizing the windows. Usually, after multiple attempts, I can grab that 'brass ring' and resize the window. This seems to have become a problem when I was migrated to Windows10, or possibly a later version of MSOffice.
This is not a problem with other sizing features on the other MSOffice applications, just Access. Sometimes, moving the mouse off the fabric topped mouse pad to the smooth desk top allows for minutely less jerky movement of the cursor, but it is still nearly impossible to grab a sweet spot.
Is there a way to 'widen' the frame so that the sweet spot is bigger than a single, solitary pixel? I've tried changing the mouse cursor speed to no avail. Again, it is a problem for me only in Access.
