Data Entry form I've been using for a long time are now completely blank (no text boxes/subforms)

My data entry forms are now blank in the detail section (no labels, text boxes and subforms, just white space). Only the labels in the header section are visible. They used to work until recently and no changes were made to the design (Data Entry=Yes, Allow Additions=Yes, Recordset Type=Dyanset, Filter on Load=No). When I change Data Entry to No, the text boxes, etc. become visible.

How are you linking the 2, criteria from Main form in the subform RecordSource query or LinkMaster/Child values? Also is your backend tables SQL or Access and are the tables local or linked?

I've had this happen before but can't remember why or how I fixed it.

If you have data entry set to yes and there are no records in the underlying source, the controls will disappear. Likely something has changed to the underlying source (table or query) such that there are no longer any records to load.
