Have a look at the attached, I think it should do what you're after (I added some emailing options in case you want to do that instead of printing them).

@jlorence: Would you please let me know if the new file does what you want. If it does you should mark the post as Solved.

    Database and Report

    Cheers,

Hi, yes it does thank you!!!

I am just trying to recreate a report from the original database, and battling through that. Ultimately we need two reports, something like the original (that came from a previous database), and the one you created. So now that its a new database referencing a new table, I need to get a similar report to reference that same new table. Is there a way to just copy over a report from one database to another and just update the table references and the fields to the new table? I wasn't immediately able to figure that out, so I am trying to build the report from scratch, which I am sure I will struggle with too.

I think I have it all working, I just cannot figure out how to filter the date range everytime I run the new report? The old report used to prompt me for start and end date when opening the report, and I cannot figure out how to duplicate that prompt/filter? And I think that is the last step.

    Database Reports need filters

    Hi,

Here is the updated database, with two new reports, "Weekly Stagehand Schedule" and "Updated IDs"

If possible, I would need the Weekly stagehand schedule report to prompt me to enter a date range when I click on it (ex. 'start date' "1/1/20" and 'end date' "1/8/20") then filter just the records in that range.

Then the Updated IDs report to prompt me for record ID range when I click on it (ex. 'start ID' "5" to 'end ID' "7") to filter just those records nothing before or after.

I cannot seem to figure that step out either.Almost done schedule 1.24.20.zip

Also I just noticed on your date range report that when the record takes up more than one page, it doesn't continue on the 2nd page to finish that record. Does that need a page break of some sort?
