    Statement Title with date range

To generate a report, I am using a Dialog Box with two dates. What I want is:

    1) If the First Date & Last Date of the Dialog Box are of the First & Last Dates of a particular month , eg. 1 Dec 2019 & 31 Dec 2019, the title should be as:

STATEMENT FOR THE MONTH OF DECEMBER, 2019

    2) If the First Date & Last Date are different or not the first & last dates of the month, eg. 1 Dec 2019 & 10 Dec 2019, the title should be as:

STATEMENT FOR THE PERIOD FROM 1 DEC 2019 TO 10 DEC 2019

    Thanks
