    Imported word document

I am generating reports for charitable donations, and am trying to reuse a word document from the previous year. Everything is as it should be with the exception of the year. When I change the year from 2018 to 2019( in the text of the document I imported, it throws my word document out of whack. Any solutions?

not enough information to even attempt a suggestion.

How did you import? what did you import to? what does 'out of whack' mean? If you've imported the document, why not change the date in whatever you have imported, then it doesn't matter about the original document
