Your post is somewhat less revealing than the other one. I could say that your table is only showing data from 2019 because it doesn't contain any records from 2020 but that would be rather presumptuous. You need to provide more information about what you have, what you need to do and what you have tried.

Calculate person's age based on the person's birth year and a table showing current year.
Need to compare week of year to current week without confusing weeks in next year with this year
