When I double click on the inventory item number nothing happens. It’s not copying the item number to the items to order table ... I sense you’re getting snarky with me. If so, maybe let someone else take over helping me. I do appreciate the assistance. My profile does say “novice” so patience would be nice.

Play around with the attached dB to see if it is close to what you want/trying to do.

Hover over a record that has underlining in the inventory sub form to see a tool tip.

    Good luck with your project...
I just saw this. I’ll take a look at this when I’m at my computer next.

Lol ... all caps is shouting. It’s the preferred formatting here. Lots of “shouting” around here. Lol

FWIW, I tried Moke123's db and it worked - if that's of any interest.

I wonder if I’m missing some add-on’s or something because it’s definitely not working for me ... I’ll check my installation features and see if that helps.

There is no bar at the top of the Access window that says code has been disabled, by any chance?

Nope. But I’ll check the database settings to see if anything has been disabled. Thanks for that tip ...

Wooo hoooo!!!! That did the trick!

All macros were disabled in the Trust Centre. I thought I had enabled them a long time ago. That’ll probably solve some other issues I was having. Happy camper tonight!!! Thanks EVERYONE for the help!
