What's this grey line with page break?

I have put a page break on the bottom of "Detail" section (you can see the "design view.pdf" attachment), but when I preview the report (you can see the "preview pdf.png" attachment), there is a horizontal grey thick line on the top of every record after the first one.
How can I remove this grey line?

Remove the alternate row shading from the detail section ...or... slightly reduce the space between rows so that box is on the previous page ...or ...reduce the top/bottom margins for the same reason

I was experimenting with your solutions and I found out that the best solution is not to insert a page break, but to select "Force New Page -> After Section" on the properties of the "Detail" section.
