Open Report to specific record on form

I have a form that has a few sub forms where you can put information- employees attendance points, vacation, and written warning. I have a report that pulls all that information into one for each employee. I want to have a command button open to the specific record that is open at the time. Currently it open but shows all employees that have a record.

How do I get it to show just the specific info.

    EmpID# - Unique identifier

Report - Attendance by Employee Link

    Thank you!
