Intermittent "Subscript out of range" message when importing

    Good day.....

At times...not always...and without any apparent rhyme or reason, when importing data from Excel, I get this message, and the only way I can see to get the data in is to restart Access.

Anyone else ever seen this at all? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

    Sarge,

When cross-posting, submitting the same or similar post to multiple sites, it is considered good etiquette to identify the other posts in your submissions. The rationale is that forums are supported/staffed by volunteers who are freely giving their time and experience back to the community. Working to solve a problem that has been posted and solved elsewhere is frustrating and unnecessary. So adding a link to that other post is a simple, considerate approach.

Here is a link with more description.
    Good luck with your project.
