Dcount with same date stopped working in december

I was using the expression in forms =DCount("*";"Agenda";"[Data] = #" & [Data] & "# AND [Horário] = '" & [Horário] & "'") to count records with the same date and hour. It was perfect.
Since day one in december it only gives me 0 as answer even with lots of records. Works good with other months.
    I just tried
    =DCount("*";"Agenda";" [Horário] = '" & [Horário] & "'") and it work OK, but DCount("*";"Agenda";"[Data] = #" & [Data] & "#") only gives me 0.

Getting crazy. Could it be any bug from Office update? Also tried in other computer with same problem...

    Thanks for any help

What is the value of [Data] when it fails? You may have a date format problem:
