Can't add Queries to Navigation Form

I created a Navigation Form and was able to add Reports and Forms without a problem but when I try to add Queries they wont connect to the tabs. It will only allow me to add them above or bellow the tabs not on the tabs. I have tried dragging and dropping the Queries onto the tabs as well as typing the Queries name and neither works.

I would be surprised if you can do this because AFAIK, even if you add the query name to the property sheet Navigation Target Name property it still won't work. Nav forms are for showing forms and reports, not queries? You could create a datasheet form based on the query I suppose and load that, but you probably don't want a form for every query you might want to show.
