Invoice form from Jobs form

I have a form for jobs (JobID, client, address, email etc) I want to enter all the data on the jobs form and then produce an invoice form using only a few selected fields for that current JobID.
Is this possible? And more important how do I do this?

You build a report and apply filter criteria to report.
