    Chart on report

    Hello,
I am VERY new to Access so this is no doubt a really silly question

But, I have a Report that shows Services a client receives and the costs. And I have a Chart that graphs that info, linked via child/master fields however, and here's the silly bit, I don't know how to put the chart into my Report. If I put it in as a subform / report in the details area of the Report it ends up between my Services instead of sitting nicely at the bottom of the Services. I would love for someone to tell me how to do this. And I'm very sorry its a daft question

And where is this chart now - on a form?

I analyze chart issues best when I can work with data and objects. If you want to provide db for analysis, follow instructions at bottom of my post.

    Hi,

I just want to know how and where to put my graph on here so it doesn't go between the Services when I view print screen. I'm sorry I'm not sure if you can see that image if you click on it ?

Well, don't put it in Detail section. Try it in any of the others and see if you get what you want. I recommend ParticipantName Header.

Thank you, however that puts the chart above the all the Service info I'm sorry i just think the report would look better if the chart is below the info

Then activate the ParticipantName footer and try it there.
