Complex runs exercise classes seven days a week.

A minimum of 5 classes will run in any given day but some days of the week will have double that number scheduled.
Each class has a maximum class size of 12.
Each class must have one gym instructor attached.
Weekly schedules are produced in Outlook Calendar, printed and posted on gym noticeboards (an image is also posted on Facebook and Twitter for members).
Members sign in for a class at the reception. I have made the tables and am trying to link them. The Look up Wizard is not giving me the information that I need. Please help.

    Is this a diary entry?
    A new app you have?
    an idea for an app?
a request for help on some feature of the existing app?

So why do you need a database? For what purpose will it serve??
You already have weekly schedules produced in Outlook Calendar, with members signing in for a class at the reception.

It is not as easy as many think to clearly describe WHAT your business is/will be. Consider the "things" involved(entities), the particular characteristics of each(attributes) that are important for your business and how these things relate to one another (relationships).
Maybe you could you write a short description in plain English (as you would tell an 8 yr old) of the "business involved". No jargon and no database quasi-terms. Bottom line -- get a clear statement of WHAT you are trying to automate. Once that is clear, then consider the options that may exist for HOW to do that automation using Access. Don't be too quick to jump into physical Access (or any other DBMS).

Process issue 2 Exercise class scheduling:
BIS Complex runs exercise classes seven days a week.
The desk staff use a sheet of paper to keep track of how many members have signed in for a particular class. This often leads to too many people turning up for a particular class. As instructors must rely on the printed calendar and text messages to know for which classes they are scheduled, some classes end up being cancelled as no instructor turns up.
Team structure Each team will have three randomly assigned team members. Project groups will be randomly created and made available on Canvas. Report any issues with project team allocations ASAP. Each team will have three roles: (i) project manager; (ii) systems analyst; and (iii) database developer. Each team member should take responsibility for one of these roles(all team members may contribute to project tasks). Team roles will be decided internally by the team.
    Project Deliverables
    · Project report documenting: (i) analysis and (ii) entity relationship diagram. [group submission]
    · Working database prototype system. [group submission]
    · Individual journal (5 entries). [individual submissions x 5]
    · Peer evaluation. [individual submission] Project Technology
    · Documentation: research and analysis conducted by the project team in order to design an ERD solution for the given context should be presented in printed format (.docx or .pdf files acceptable for submission).
    · Design: students are expected to use MS Visio (or similar) to produce the ERD. 3 | P a g e
    · Development: students are required to use MS Access to deliver a working prototype for the system.
