    The more specifics you can provide the more help you'll get. Based on what little you've told us you're probably looking at just two tables, one to hold a record for each team, and another table with two foreign keys both linked to the single teams table for each game in the season.

    If that means you don't know what a table is, then I'd say you've come to the wrong place. Mostly we help people solve problems but that means they already know something. Maybe an analogy would be that you are asking for lessons on how to drive but you've never seen a car.
