How would I get my report formatted like in the photo?

I currently am doing a project for college and I need to format my report to display information like in the second picture. I have been stuck on ways for an hour or two trying to get it right, messing with the details and the form headers, etc. I just cant seem to do it. The first photo is what I have as a base and I just need to get the info more compact since I have another category to input that will not fit on the page. Disregard the numerous names and info since that will be fixed when I can get the heading to stack up vertically while the details to be horizontal along with forcing a new page property some how.

Why can't you? What exactly have you tried?

Perhaps you just need to use report Sorting & Grouping features with aggregate calcs in textboxes.
How to attach file: To provide db: copy, remove confidential data, run compact & repair, zip w/Windows Compression.
