    Note:
    "Name" is a reserved word in Access and shouldn't be used as an object name.
    Better would be "FullName".

    Best would be to have two fields: "FName" and "LName". In a query you could create a calculated column "FullName: LName & ", " & FName".
    I base my forms and reports on Queries, NOT tables. I have more control on filtering and sorting using a query.
