Display multiple attachment in one record in report of MS-Access

    Hello

I created a database containing an attachment field and each record include 3 attachments.
When I created report from the database, each record broke into 3 rows because of number of attached file and make reports very huge.
Is there any way in report to display all of attachments related to each record in one row like what we see in tables?
    Thanks in advance

None that doesn't involve code extracting files from attachment field and saving to external location.

This is another reason in support of not using Attachment type field.

Realy? there is no way to fix this?
If I know how to remove duplicate rows using vba, I can solve the problem.

May I know if there is another problems with using attachment field to stop trying to use that?

Attachment field is a multi-value type of field. Most experienced developers advise not to use multi-value fields. I never have.

I tried a CROSSTAB query and attachment file structure does not remain intact.
