Hi! My first ever post to a forum like this, so bear with me!

I have data from a inventory of plant species and wish to show the data in a certain way. I want to show certain combinations of species that have been found in locations together (i.e. show a list of locations where species A and species B were found together). The fields I want to show data from are: Species, Location ID, Location, Habitat type. And specifically the locations where the 2 species in question were found together. The two tables are linked together via the Location ID fields.
Attached is a screenshot of my query setup.

I hope the information is sufficient, and I hope there exists an answer to my question! It feels like a simple enough request of Access.

    Greetings,
    Erika Nystöm

    An observation/recommendation:

-do not use field or object names with embedded spaces. Use alphanumeric and underscore "_" only.
start field and object names with alphabetic character

Your requirement is to identify the location and habitat where the species under study are colocated. Your post identifies 2 species (A and B) as a co-located "entity".

I have attached a draft data model for consideration.

The Database Planning and Design link in my signature has several articles/tutorials that may be helpful.
    Good luck with your project.

Also note that "Note" (singular) and "Date" are reserved words in Access and shouldn't be used for object names.
