    Linked Table Forms

    is it possible to have a form that dynamically updates linked excel range values?

    Acess an Excel 365

    Excel cannot be updated through linked tables - it's a factor of the way Excel works.

    There are ways to do it using vba - plenty of examples on this and other forums - a quick search found this link https://www.mrexcel.com/forum/micros...-document.html

    It used to be possible to do direct editing of Excel data from Access around 20 years ago.
    But MS lost the rights to do that after a court case and they removed the capability rather than pay to keep it .
    Although the judgement is almost certainly no longer applicable, the capability has never been restored.

    However as ajax stated it can be done using vba
