Reports still showing old Form Revision

I made some changes to a form and after creating a new blank record and filling it out the report shows the form before the changes were made. How can I get the reports to show the changes made to the form for new form records created?

    Thank you!

You may need to save the record before opening the report. In VBA

    If Me.Dirty Then Me.Dirty = False

I did save the new record and it shows on the last page of the report. The problem is that it doesn't include the changes I made to the form. Take a look at the photo below, the form is Rev 3 but the report it creates is Rev 2.

I mean saving the record after making the changes but before opening the report. Can you attach the db here and the steps to recreate the problem?

Correct, the record was saved after making the changes and before opening the report. Any ideas what could be the issue? I cannot upload the file as it has private information.

If they're based on the same source and that source was updated, they should show the same thing. You are talking about data right, not physical changes to the form object itself? The changes almost look like design changes. Those would have to be made to both objects; changing a form's design won't affect the report's design.

It is design changes I made. I thought the report was just like a print preview of the filled out form. How can I change the Report design so it matches the Form? As you can tell I am new to using Access.

    Thanks!

No, they are separate objects. You either have to make the same changes to the report or you can make a new report from the form. With the form open, you can select File/Save Object As and save the form as a report.
