    Popup reminders in access

I have database which I have automated Outlook to send emails. I was asked to add a popup reminder when the user(s) logged in to show what desks needed vacating 2 weeks from the current date. This is fine however more than one person uses the database and they will get the same popup. I have added a check box that the user can tick to say email reminder has been sent, so when people login the popup does not show. This avoids the email being sent over and over again. But what I need to do, is say 2 weeks after the desk should have been vacated and for some reason it has not, send another email reminder. How can this be done? At a loss with this one. Thanks in advance.

when it is time, add a 'message' to a tMessage table.
Everything in the table is a message ,(or part of it)
When the user removes the record, (via OK, or check 'Do not show again') ,then no message will show.

Add an update query before your prompt to uncheck the checkbox for any seats that should have been vacated but were not so they pop back in the pool for prompting.

Thanks for the replies. Do you have any examples of this. I do understand what you are saying but visuals work best for me. Thanks again.
