how to change an image field in a report using an image field in the form calling the report

I have a report with an image field that is not in the underlying query and I want to populate the image field using an image contained in the form that is running the report using DoCmd.OpenReport. How can I do this?

The image must be included in report RecordSource or an external image file and then loaded with folder/path reference in Image control ControlSource.

How is this image a part of form? Is it in an Attachment field?
