Autoexec into a form from start up

Hi fellow Accessers, I'm very rusty on Access. Retired ICT teacher, only did about 4 Access DB's in 20 years of teaching.

My query is how do you get access to go straight to a form, without toolbar ribbons etc? I know how to get Access to open in normal view. CRT and then click on app.

    Hi Grumpy

When you have your Db open select File and then Options from the Menu.
Then select Current Database and then from the options on the Right select Display Form

To open straight to a form, set the start-up form in File...Options...Current Database

To remove the ribbon etc, see this example app with various features to control the application interface

For info, I'm also an ex-teacher of ICT and databases were only covered once and then as an exam coursework option
