    Conditional Formating for Dates

    Hello All,

I am working on formating color changes for date ranges. Here is the scinareo,

A have a CompleteByDate Field, I need three conditions to change the color.

Condition 1: If current date is 31 days from CompleteByDate; it turns Amber.

Condition 2: If the CompleteByDate is ar or past current date it turns Red.
Condition 3: If new CompleteByDate entered is greater than current date it turns green.

I can get condition 1 and 3 to work but I can't get condition 2 to work.

    Please help.

    Thank
