"The command or action "SendObject" isn't available now." error

I have a split database (.accdb format) for Access 2010, running on Windows 7. This inlcudes a button to trigger a macro to copy the current record to an email.
Out of 17 users, I have one getting the error message "The command or action "SendObject" isn't available now.". I've checked that the file location is set as a trusted location, network files are trusted, network locations and subfolders are trust, and macros are enabled without warnings.

As far as I can tell, all of her settings match mine, so I'm not sure why she's getting the error message. Suggestions?

Good call. No, she did not, but we set that she's still getting the error. I also just discovered she's the only one of my team with Windows 10.

Assuming you have rebooted, I see no good reason that wouldn't work.
I use Win 10 but to be fair, normally use outlook automation for sending email.

Might be worth doing a repair on the access install in case it expects the email client to be present when it's installed?

We're moving to Outlook, but no estimate on when that's going to happen yet. Fortunately, it's a minor part of the Db, so I have her just popping a screen cap into the email for now. Thanks!
