No sorry holding shift doesn't work, it doesn't get that far. I've seen this on another thread, I couldn't open the uploaded database.

I'm guessing you are using Office 365 probably with a click to run version?

My version number is 16.0.6001.1068 I suspect yours is a 2019 version.

I have 365 and can open it but it complains that the startup form is missing. Is this form pertinent to the problem?
I can't take time to look at it until tonight. You might be able to help by reviewing your thread to see if you've explained how to replicate the issue (what forms to open, etc.) because I can't see the whole post right now.

EDIT - playing with it further, the only form visible if you shift bypass errors on its data source when you try to open it.
    Also, your code doesn't compile.
Also, if you don't shift bypass there is nothing to look at (possibly because the form I mentioned is missing) so there is nothing to do.
You will have to fix these issues and upload again, but try to upload here, OK?? I suspect you didn't compact first and maybe didn't zip the file. After I compacted it went from 52 Mb to 5 MB.
