Getting database contacts from access 2016 to Outlook

Ok so I am having an issue with getting contacts from a table in access 2016 to and putting them into my outlook contacts in 2016.

I search the internet and I found smart tags. Unfortunately I can't find it on Access 2016.

Then I tried importing the table from access to a text file and excel file. When I browse for the folder in outlook they do not read.

So what I want to do is to get data on contacts we enter in Access to link to Oulook contacts. And everytime we update the contact in access it updates in outlook.

So my question is how can I link access data from a table to outlook contacts?

PS I have no coding experience and I am a beginner at this.

You can link to Outlook contacts in Access, then any changes you make in Access are automatically reflected in Outlook.

    Have a look here https://support.office.com/en-gb/art...d-83590c2085a3

    Remember to link not import.

ok thank you that works. By chance would you happen to know how to get the contacts into an existing table in Access? I have zero coding experience and with my organization I'm the guy who does the troubleshooting. So I am not a It person when it comes to this.

The same process, simply Import instead of link, or use an Insert query from the linked table to your destination table, where the new email addresses in the existing table are null.
