Confussed by Pie Chart

I have a pie chart showing sales by client for the month. I want to insert this into a master report as a single chart. However it keeps showing me a bunch of charts, as far as I can see there is a copy of the same chart for each client in the record.

What change do I make to stop this behaviour?

A chart is a control just like a textbox is a control. All controls replicate for each record when placed in Detail section.

Put chart in report header or footer.
