Sorry about the change in terminology. I did mean course.

What lookups do I have and how can I get rid of them without causing problems?

I figured this one out. I had to add decimals to the number grades.

I mentioned that. Fractional grades that fall between gaps will do this. Perhaps changing the upper limit to 90 in this case and changing the join to just be < for the upper limit should fix it.

Again I'm too slow! I think it's the onslaught of cold weather we're having.

Wow, this is great! Thank you all, so much.

Now, I'm trying to think of a way to track student progress in terms of a percentage of assignments completed. This would be subject specific and a report showing what percentage is complete of each subject all in one report.

Thank you, again, for your help,
    Michael
