Angry How do I make a form 'float', that is have a border all around

Having just moved, in essence, from Access 1997 to Access 2019, I have had some very useful help from this forum. I now have my database with a single form all working nicely.

The really puzzling issue is how to make a form have a given size and a frame around it. That is, like a proper form. My current form simply takes up all real estate, and appears 'borderless' to the right and to the bottom. No property I explore or change gives me the 'free-floating' design I am after.

What is it I am missing?

To me it sounds like tabbed forms may be in use.
@peterFisp - is there a tab at the top left of the form that has the form name and a small x for closing it? I believe that is the default form view, which wasn't an option long ago. It's in File>Options>Current Database>Application Options. See Document Window Options

Following on from Micron's reply, change from the default view Tabbed Documents (all forms maximised) to Overlapping Windows (all forms resizable)

Thank you guys; that was it. Clearly, that was to be a feature associated with the database, rather than just the form.

Being able to ask the odd question on this forum is just brilliant, thank you.
