    ACCDE Crashes upon launch

Using MS Access 2013, I've developed an application that's been running fine for over a year. Once development is completed on changes, I use debug compile to make sure no issues are found. THen I create an ACCDE and push the new release into out testing environment.

Something changed about a week ago. The ACCDB copy run fine. However, now each and every time I create a new ACCDE and try to launch the ACCDE it crashes every time.
I have spent numerous hours researching and have no idea what is causing this. I've attached a screen capture of the MS Access crash window.

I also attached a zipped copy of the error exported from the system event viewer.

Any help will be greatly appreciated. I'm at a complete stand still until I figure this out.

Have you tried creating a fresh copy of the ACCDE from the working ACCDB file?
If that also doesn't work, you need to find out what has changed on the machines running the file.
    Access update? Windows update?

Yes, new ACCDE files from those affected ACCDB files still crash. The only affected ACCDB files are the 21 backup copies I made between 8/7 and yesterday for that specific application. No other MS Access applications were affected.

My theory, my master development copy of the ACCDB was corrupted on 8/8. The corruption dose not seem to affect running the ACCDB. Only creating of ACCDE. All successive backups I made from that day of that specific ACCDB are affected.

I too the previous backup created n 8/7 and it seems fine. However, I have to rebuild all changes made since then. I even tried importing changes, manually copy/paste change from several of the affected backups. all attempts result in crashing ACCDE.

I use debug compile to make sure no issues are found.
Are you declaring Option Explicit at the top of every module?

"Option Explicit" yes. "debug compile" yes regular basis. "Decompile" yes regular basis. none resolves this specific issue.

    thanks

More thoughts here, next in line for me would probably be the saveastext process:
