Moving data from rows into columns

I have a large data set of around 5 million rows currently in 10 excel files. It's laid out with date, time, and value in the columns. How can I get this info for each date to display in on row for each date and the 24 hours going across horizontally in columns instead of a new row for each hour?

See the attached for a small example. The top is what I currently have. The bottom is what I need. This would cut my rows down from 5 million to 200,000.

I'm an access beginner and have never done any vba code entry really, mainly just use queries the simple way.

I'm such an idiot. Feel free to delete this. Just needed to use a simple pivot table.
