    Showing/Hiding Certain fields

Hey guys with the current database that I'm working on i have a split form with a datasheet view that allows me to see all of my data. Right now I would like to be able to hide multiple fields with the push of either a regular or toggle button. The point of this is that there are a few fields for each month of the year and I would like to be able to sort by each year. Meaning that with the push of one button I would want to be able to pull up all the fields relating to 2020 and the be able to hide them as well. Then with a different button be able to do the same with 2021. I'm not very good with VBA so I am struggling to find a good solution online to base my needs off of. Would you guys have any advice on how to go about this?

Why would there be '2020' fields and '2021' fields? Do you mean records instead of fields?
