    Time Calculation

Good Morning, I am trying to add a 30 minute time extension on to a persons quitting time for driving time. I am using .5 as the number in the Daily Extension Field. [QuittingTime]+([Daily Extension]*60)...

So if quitting time is at 4pm I need it to calculate to 4:30pm.

Thank you for your time and assistance.

Try the DateAdd() function. .5 is 12 hours by the way.

Hi Paul, I can get it to do it that way you recommend. However, I would like it to be it’s own field as the 30 minute variable will change depending on location. Any other suggestions?

You can use your field in the function.
